The last event held in the state of São Paulo was the 2026 Latin America International Championships (LAIC), held in São Paulo and played with the VGC Regulation Set H in November 2025. The finals saw 2025 JCS Champion Yuma Kinugawa defeat 2025 Rio de Janeiro Regional Champion Juan Salerno to win his first International Championship title!
As for a Regional-level event, the last event held in the state of São Paulo was the 2024 São Paulo Regional, played with the VGC Regulation Set F in April 2024. The finals saw Brazilian player Cristhian Andrade defeat then-5-time Regional Champion Riley Factura to win his first Regional Championship title!
