2024 Stuttgart Regional Champion Lorenzo Silvestrini has won his second VR tournament in a row! He defeated Portuguese Miguel Paquete in the finals of Victory Road’s first Regulation Set I event, using a Shadow Rider Calyrex + Zamazenta team!

This ruleset allows the use of up to two Restricted Legendary Pokémon in a team! It will be used in Ranked Battles from May to August, including most Asian Nationals, NAIC and the 2025 World Championships.
