TPCI’s Play! Pokémon VG Rules and Formats document has been updated!
This update bans any new content in DLC for Reg. Set D, establishes Reg. Set E as an official VGC format and adds staff’s possible actions.

Regulation Set E is confirmed to last from 1 October to 2 January!
The duration of the ruleset had been reported differently in Pokémon HOME and the Poké Portal News. It has now been coordinated.
Melbourne Regional date has changed: it will now be held on 3–4 February!
The second Regional announced in Oceania has been moved forward 2 weeks and will now be held on 3–4 February 2024.
