The ruleset is VGC Regulation Set G, and it is played using open team lists.
A little bit of history
Colombia has been part of the Latin America region of the official TPCi circuit for many years. It has hosted multiple major events, including Special Events and old-era National Championships. Colombia’s greatest VGC success is the fourth place achieved by Juan Naar in the online-era Players Cup II in 2020.
The most recent tournament held in Colombia was the 2023 Bogotá Special Event, played with the VGC Regulation Set C in May 2023. The finals saw Colombian Juan Camilo Restrepo defeat Mexican Aldo Loyola to win his first major title!
American James Evans, the 2018 Senior Division World Champion, defeated Brazilian Gabriel Agati in the NAIC finals.
